What is it and what to expect

Finding Your Why is like having a compass on a journey, and without it you often will find yourself just going with the flow instead of driving forward with energy and purpose. I've been there. The program is based on the renowned books Start With Why and Finding Your Why, Author Simon Sinek. I have been given permission to use the materials by Simon Sinek, Inc, regarding coaching people on Finding Your Why. SESSION #1 (2-3 hours), through a thorough, and private, one on one process, together we will discover your personal Why. That alone will be enough for the first session, most people are exhausted, invigorated, resolved, sometimes all at the same time. SESSION #2 (1-3 hours), we will discover your business' Why, and give your business the compass it needs to thrive for the rest of it's life. SESSION #3 & #4 (2-3 hours each), we look at How you do things and ultimately What you are offering. These will be detailed sessions that will be rigorous, thought provoking and give you a framework to help you move forward in your business to achieve high performance based on your Why. Following these sessions, one month of coaching is included to keep your Why lit, to support you in your path forward. This is the ultimate beginning that will give you energy, attract customers, employees, volunteers, investors, the list goes on.
