What is it and what to expect

You've found Your Why for your company, and now it's time to bring it to life with everyone else within your sphere of influence in your company, which is everyone. This is a crucial step to get Your Why in action on the production floor, restaurant, boat dock, assembly line. Whatever it is, it all takes people, and those people are your lifeline to Your Why being more than a pipe dream. Understanding where you are at with you and your company is key to understanding your current strengths, weaknesses and potential throughout your entire company. How do you know where to go from here if you don't know where you are? Think of it this way, you're on a road trip, but you don't know where you are, you don't have GPS to tell you where you are but you know you want to get to your destination. It starts with finding out where you are...I can help you see what most people, that are ingrained in their own company, can not see. You are a fish in your own water, and you don't see the water or even know you are in water anymore. I can provide a candid and fresh perspective on your case with a very specific set of questions to help you look forward with a different lens. Generally, I will see you and your team in action, understand your baseline of strengths, weaknesses, etc. Review of your company's people, culture, etc. Provide input of what I see, possible paths forward, and most of all, a path to share Your Why and have your staff get on board so your companies success starts right away. This program is approximately 10 hours over 30 days. Some of this 10 hours is documentation of what has been discovered and presentation of findings. Travel, lodging and per diem rates apply.
