What is it and what to expect

Now that you and your Tribe have found your why, doesn't it make sense that all of your team members are on board to help lead the charge and keep your hopes and dreams alive, every day? Think of it this way: if ten of you are climbing a big mountain, and 3 team members are sitting down and you have to carry their weight and food and water and tent, etc. Does this sound like a good plan?
