What is it and what to expect

Picture this: You arrive at your business, it's an hour before the doors open up for customers, you are greeted by your staff preparing for the day, energized and visibly proud to be a part of something that you created years ago and now they get to be apart of it too. As you walk by each person to see what they are up to, you get a high-five, the next a fist bump, one a hug, and finally as you walk towards the kitchenette, someone hands you a coffee in your favorite cup. What's different with this picture than what you typically think of "the boss" arriving to work an hour early? What do you think it took for this scenario to be reality? This takes something, it doesn't just happen, there isn't a pill or app for that, there are no hacks, it is something to be created through deep thought, deep conversation, being real with what's so, and sharing your deepest wishes and dreams of a reality that is truly fulfilling. Additionally, you will create the framework of your How's and What's to help propel you and your Tribe forward towards success immediately.
